About me.
Hi, I'm Molly. I'm a qualified counsellor and have helped many people who have low self-esteem and confidence, or who are caught in unhelpful patterns.
My approach is non-judgemental, calm and compassionate. I understand talking about feelings can be difficult, especially when you're not used to it. I’m here to listen, be present and offer a calm space online for you to explore your emotions, in your own time.
I have experience working with various common mental health problems, such as:
work-life stress
bereavement and grief
anxiety
depression, low mood or feeling sad
low self-esteem or low confidence
low motivation
loneliness
stress and burn out
relationship or family issues
separation and divorce
life changes and transitions.
I’m a member of NCPS so my work is underpinned by their ethical framework. This means I practise as safely as possible and work to high professional standards.
If you have any questions about how therapy works, or what I can offer, please feel free to email me. I'm very friendly!
