How does it work?
Therapy can feel daunting - especially if you’ve never experienced it before. I promise it isn’t as scary as it seems, and I’m here to help.
An initial call.
Opening up about your feelings can be difficult so it’s important you feel safe with your therapist. I offer a free 15 minute call to check we’re the right fit for each other and I can offer the support you need.
Sessions.
After our first call, we’ll check our availability. Sessions can be online via Google Meet or if I have slots open, in one of my spaces in Sunderland (East Boldon or Houghton-Le-Spring).
Regular check-ins.
Being open is vital to a good therapeutic relationship. I like to have informal, regular check-ins just to check we’re on the right path and you’re happy with how things are going.
I like to be upfront about pricing as I understand therapy is an investment.
Online sessions are £50.
In-person sessions are £55.
Sessions last 50 minutes.
Please email me for more information. Concessions offered for students/trainee counsellors and people on low-income.
How much will it cost?
Want a calm space for your mind?
